Simple thread die holder tailstock alignment adapter

Hi all. I made up this adapter to align my old die holder on the metal lathe, using the original guide sleeve. This will only work with tap and die sets incorporating guide sleeves.

It may be of interest to anyone in possession of early thread cutting sets.
