OK for flat sides I suppose. I hope it's got an instant stop system, unlike the one an inexperienced girl was using I saw on a safety video recently, she couldn't support the weight of the long bar and as it started slipping away she reached to grab the bar with her hand, cost her several fingers in an instant.
