How many can do that now, I wonder? I would like to see the set out!

I'd love to see the progression of making that.

This is a fascinating book, written in 1893, and published by The Astragal Press (1-879335-37-9). The most complicated joint depicted is a 4-way pipe, made from two sides, crimped and brazed. Other joints show gusset pieces inserted. If this was really made from a single piece of copper, it is exceptional, a masterwork

I'm guessing "set out" equals our "lay out", on this side of pond?
That is tough to visualize; beyond the once in awhile odd HVAC ducting transition.
Finally, if old Grootvader could do this, no question his torpedoes blew everyone away......:rimshot:
