Yes there seems to be no shortage of em.

Remember, as George Carlin said, "Half the people you meet are of below average intelligence." ( or words to that effect.)

With 1.4 BILLION people in the Chinese population, there are bound to be a large number of even less intelligence.
But probably just as many idiots per capita in any population. Plenty of stupid people everywhere I suspect.
(Including me...)

and the below half dont know they are the below half....and thats ok.there is room for all of us.

the problem with a statement like that is that you must first quantify "average". If average is IQ65, then the whole lot are substandard compared to the rest of the nation.
