SMALL PIECE HOLDER
This tool was made in 2011, and is still in use. It was inspired by a commercial model published in an online catalog. It is useful to hold safely small parts while shaping them in the router.
It was made with leftover pine, two steel rods (1/4" Ø) recovered from a discarded printer, a threaded rod (1/4" Ø), a “T” nut insert, a threaded knob and two tall knobs turned in pine.

Very nicely done, morsa! Looks like a production piece, and not homemade at all.

The wood has no finishing and surely it would look better if given lacquer finish.
Although it may seem troublesome to be holding the workpiece for each cut it is worth taking the extra time in order not to jeopardize the fingers.
