Small pulley, gear or knob remover

Here's a real cheap way to make a small puller for pesky knobs, small pulleys and gears that won't budge.

I made this from a scrap piece of 1-1/2 square tube steel and a 1/2-20 bolt. (the grade 8 bolt is overkill but all I had)


Of course, you could make a few different sizes of these. Not shown: I'll be making different sized tips to fit over the end of the bolt to press out small shaft sizes. 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, etc.
