    I would have achieved that break in 2" chunks, with jagged razor blades sticking out all over the place.

    Why didn't they just cut it right the first time? Looks like someone was exactly 1" off on their initial measurement! Or order the right size from their supplier!

    Maybe they are the supplier. Seems like they may have done that a few times previously.
