Retired with not enough sense to concentrate in one hobby skill.
I have extensive experience in construction management from 25 years at Kaiser Construction,and 35 years as a cabinet maker & installer with Carpenters union Local 721 in Whittier, CA. I have an growing interest in blacksmithing, forged ornimental ironwork for my home with tree-slab tables, shelves, benches, stools supported forged ironwork frames and imbelishments. My current interests center around obtaining/building a blacksmiths gas or coal fired forge and building a solid base of tools and anvils to get started.
