Currently getting things ready for Beer Home Brewing - prefer dark beer - stout, porter, or any other craft home brew.
Also looking at upgrade / modification of stand-up freezer into a fermentation chamber - chest type, with temp control from 8°C to ~24°C. looking at temperature controllers (electronic).

+1 for stout. Interestingly, our IPA craze is finally dwindling here in Colorado, and sours are becoming very fashionable.
