That doesn't look anything like a T-62. The Soviet rocket-assisted tank looked like this. Bolt it on and light it up.
The overall design with integrated engines and unusual track setup suggests that this video is of a German or maybe Polish experiment. The engineering and testing of new weapons during WW2 is a very interesting thing to study.
