And the raw bacon. Blech.

The bacon needed to be cooked a little more, the egg needed some finely chopped onion and jalapeno peppers, seasoned with a little coarse ground black pepper, a slice of well-aged sharp cheder cheese on top of the Ice sickle radish, the slaw is missing a few bits of shredded carrot, replace the white toast with toasted garlic bread, now you've got a sandwich.
Dang I just figured out what I want for supper tomorrow night I'm a little short on bacon this week so may substitute a slice of ham instead.
