Square_Small_Adjustable With Prints

This small square is adjustable so it will never be out of calibration.
Using the straight edge of a bench or surface plate.
Tape a piece of copy paper on the top surface.
Use the square to draw a line perpendicular to the edge of the surface plate.
Flip the square 180 degrees and the square should line up with that vertical line.
If it does not then just adjust the screws and repeat until the square is perfectly aligned.

So here are the prints for the square. It is quite small since I wanted to be able to use it
on my small milling machine with the vise. I made mine from steel. Just cold rolled for
the base and hot rolled for the blade because that is what I had. You could use Brass or
Aluminum or tool steel.

The blade was only milled on the ends and edges. I did not mill off the scale since it would
have been too thin to fit in the .125" slot that was put in the base with a .125 inch thick
slitting saw.

The first picture shows two squares with one being the longer 3" or medium model.
