    I find it difficult to believe that the piece would look like it was chrome after being in the machine. I call BS but admittedly I haven’t used a machine like this.

    "Stainless" has a lot of chrome in it as an alloy and it will polish to a nice luster. Unbreakable mirrors are highly polished stainless. I think it is all about the media used and the process conditions. I believe the video to be quite plausible.

    Tony published a video a few years ago about rebuilding his tumbler. Maybe a test is in order?
