Steam Tractor & Caterpillar Pull Grader or Tow Behind Grader

Unknown model of the steam tractor and Caterpillar pull grader. Could not find anything on the tractor anywhere. If you know, please tell me in the comments. Some parts were "recreations", like the front of the boiler was just a metal plate to replace a missing access door.
I have some stills I can make into a video if there's much interest. I found a picture of a very rusted one taken in Germany that looks very similar (same spoke wheels, engine / flywheels on the correct side, steering on the same side, same water box, etc. but no name. So it may be German).
