I am a machinist and that was VERY interesting. I appreciate the need for a sharp edge more now.

The cutting edge was actually pushing a wave of the cut material in front of it!
Just like painting with a full brush, but in reverse.

It appears the tools bevel wasn't actually doing the cutting, but that the material being cut was.
A material can't cut itself, can it?

There are some interesting parallels between the up-close machining videos and the up-close meat slicing videos, and they certainly seem to attract the same enthusiasts.

The one before the last . That was just Savage letting this happen . That was just plowing it self and ripping . Just ugly .
