They are only cheap swaged steel cranks. +- .25mm maybe? Probably used on cheap fixed gear/coaster brake bikes, so accuracy not important. Many moons ago in my bicycle life, working in a Schwinn shop in Walnut Creek, Calif, we had a "Schwinn hammer", a very large ball peen hammer, and used it to straighten the Ashtabula cranks and forks....precision engineering...
