Striking Anvil and leg vise combo

Striking anvil made from a Forklift tine (the straight bit that attaches to the fork lift) with built in 4.5" leg vise (restored John Brookes from England). Is currently mobile so I can move it in and out of the garage, will bolt it down if I get the space. It weighs around 90-100Kg all up, one of the tube legs is filled with sand. Had the 1" hardy hole cut with a water jet. Vise was painted several years ago to protect it as it has been in storage, I expect the paint to not last long now it is in use.
