This happened about three years ago near Cocoa Beach, Florida. The good news is the pilot didn't get injured and the aircraft was recovered and repaired.

I feel for those poor guys that valiantly dove into three feet of water (at the 21 second mark) only to stand up and start wading from too far away to make a difference.

we have a few TEXANS HEAR AND A FEW OTHERS. that get out there over the beach and strut thier stuff. my dad was watching when he said that ones gonna hit the water...and sure enough it did. dad had a life time of flying. that guys came to a end that day in destin fl.
