The way I test it is in addition to the sauce and 3 kinds of cheese there is hamburger ham sausage Canadian bacon, Onion, garlic, bell pepper then topped with a full layer of peperoni and jalapeno slices. Our Friday night Pizzas are meant to be a food group all their own. Occasionally after it is about a quarter of the way done I'll fold it into a 2-inch-thick calzone then finish baking it flipping it once
