I am a lifelong woodworker and over the years have sold hand and power tools internationally, owned architectural millwork and cabinet shops. As a young man I working in a pattern making shop making jigs and forms for casting plastics and metals.

I am also a luthier, building classical and archtop guitars. I studied guitar making at a school run by Jose Romanillos and build guitars 100 percent by hand with hand tools only. This requires making many kinds of jigs, forms and other tools that help to get the alignment and precision needed.
