I'm not surprised that is is so fancy. Have you ever seen some of the trucks over there. They are painted in strange colors and have all sorts of different ornamental items stuck all over them.

The Pakistani Truck YouTube channel is full of crazy trucks and the modifications they do and the rebuilding of every component. Pretty resourceful and amazing what can be done with simple tools when labor is significantly cheaper than replacement parts.
At around 7 minutes it looked like the guy was welding his own cage.
