A Torque Wrench to Adjustable Wrench Adapter

I see a large offset between the fat bar on the torque wrench and the major axis of the extension wrench.

So just put an offset in the extension wrench to compensate.

That should work. I made my adapter so there is no offset.

CORRECTION: my math was wrong and my testing was too. Stay tuned for an update that will include a correction factor to be applied to the torque wrench reading.

There are times when I sure could use an adjustable wrench that indicates torque. Well, I've got an adjustable wrench and I've got a torque wrench. Why not just stick them together? Does this change the amount of torque being applied?
