That took some thinking to make that articulating 'leg' between the rubber tracks and the machine body.

But I think this machine is a stump grinder, as that's the only reason you would do this, drive up high over a stump, then lower the whirling blades down assuming it's has X and Y operator control to grind off layers of the stump until below ground level, As well shoot the grindings off to what should be a portable trailer, also on tracks.

It would have been nice to see the actual cutters deployed for a better demonstration of the machine's capabilities
