Tractor pulled in half - GIF

Now they know that the engine and transmission are part of the frame...
-
They don’t make em like they used to. “Hello MASSEY Ferguson? I need to put my tractor in for some warranty work.”
-
Maybe lighten the load a bit, or perhaps connect the cable to the thing that doesn't want to move!

most tractors of this size have no frame..the engine transmission and rear axle are all bolted together, as a single unit..saves making a frame..they just make the castings stronger and larger and they do the job just fine... usually..LOL..

Hmm, maybe it was a cheap Chinese cloned Massey????

This is why these people live in third world countries -- they have no concept of physics! They don't understand that everything has it's limitations!

Jake, I do agree "they" very often have very little concept of physics, I need to point out that.....
Actually, they live in under developed countries because they were born there. They have very little opportunity to escape and corrupt governments that stifle pathways to improvement. (Is it redundant to say corrupt government?) SO MANY of them live in squalid conditions, with little or no opportunity for education, while the government officials are living in paradise.
While you do see many situations like this one where foolish, very costly even deadly mistakes are made, there are also many more situations were their resourcefulness and creativity challenges "ours". Those situations do not make good video.
Respectfully,

Now they can easily replace the clutch....

What was loaded on the wagon that it did not move? It took a lot of force to pull the tractor apart. Why were they even doing this? Why didin't they hool the crane directly to the wagon? Lots of questions, the lose of the tractor could really set back a third world family if not the whole village.

If you look closely at about :20 seconds, you can see the right side of the wagon has slipped off the road. About the same time you can see the deep ditch on the near side of the road. The ditch on the far side is most likely the same way.
Yes the loss of that tractor is indeed a big deal to the entire village.

Hemjo got that 10000000% right about the citizens living in squalor and politicians living in luxury

it looks to me the some of the bolts in the top of the bell housing were not fitted, as the bell housing is not broken all the way around look near the end of the video were the guy on the right touches something near the gearbox.

I really feel bad for that tractor owner. It was probably his livelihood, prize possession and he will not be able to replace it. I wonder what in the heck was keeping that wagon from rolling?

FWIW: Apparently a 46hp 7250 DI MF built (that particular model launched early 2018) by MFIndia,
pic of 2019 model: "Power-Up" with a "Power-Paanch" (sic!) transaxle...

and given its near pristine condition, it never had the chance of getting many hours of work out of it.
Just sad to see, really.

The tractor was repaired & serviced yesterday=forgot some bolts.
MY TAKE IS IT WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE TRACTOR'S BACK.
Cheers

Corrupt pollies are all around the world. That country's economy is in the worlds top. The western pollies hide behind unconstitutional laws THEY interpret to be case so they can hide it all under the table. We used to have a middle class but the scope has widened so far that we have the very rich, the very poor and scattered inbetween are the tax payers being screwed by political whim. They feed us gigo.
