Traffic cone holder for a truck

My bud has his truck in my shop this weekend so I could repair his onboard 6.5 KW generator. He has been carrying a stack of traffic cones on his truck behind the headache rack for years. So I decided that they needed to have a holder for them instead of bungie cords. Bungie cords have a tendency to break when you least expect them, which could cause him to not only loose his cones but might even cause an accident as well. This is what I came up with for him
