I wonder why they have the scorpion retracted while in a work crew mission on a roadway.
LOL, around here they place tons of cones B4 work starts and they leave them weeks after job is finished.
But then at $1.00/day per cone it gets interesting.
I always wonder which politician owns the cone company.
"Professional driver...closed course..."?
