Don't even need to see the video. I used to go through the intersection all the time where this more than likely took place. Bad intersection on a good day with the spacing between the lights, the intersection and the tracks. Cars used to get backed up on the tracks all the time there. I could only imagine hauling a trailer that is 150'+ and the light changes and now vehicles are blocking your ability to clear the tracks. There were businesses on either side of this crossing (15 yrs ago). Wonder if they get taken out.
