It was obviously purchased from Russia, but why by truck? Is it travelling the overland route from the Caspian Sea?

If it's anything like their "jets" or "rockets", it's plywood and Fiberglas.

Only in America to the truckers feel their tractors have to be larger than the trailers they are pulling . those cab over tractors pulling probably have between 400 and 500 hp. but could be as small as 350 hp. with extra deep reduction low geared transmissions, and the rear ends are planetary drive, common in European transport trucks. most likely there will be an equal number of pusher tractors in the rear. The weight blocks we call them Mafia blocks are sized just large enough to allow full tractive force to be delivered. I've seen some horrendously large loads moved by what I would term as a puissant pulling a bale of hay
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Those tractors can travel fast enough to rip the screen doors right off that thing.
If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.
