The story is that the little silver Ford's owner doesn't know how to park.

The mixer truck driver was neither a jerk nor in raged he was simply doing his job, certainly not his problem is people don't know how to park.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Its not knowing how to park. It's not caring, or having zero consideration for others!

Since it is a concrete truck, the driver has to get to the job site in a hurry. No time to find the lazy driver. 😜

Two wrongs don't make a right - True the car wasn't parked close enough to the curb but the mixer driver had no reason to damage the auto. If his load was firing off, he should empty his water tank into the load and go back to the plant and strip it out. His actions would have been cause for dismissal at the readymix company I drove for. There were no lives at stake to warrant such flagrant and deliberate damage to another's property.

Anus parking, the bane of Ambulance and Fire crews the world over, at least with 5 Firemen (and fire axes is they need to break into it) car can be moved more gently, though using the trucks bumper can be allowed when lives are at serious risk most crews know it'll lead to a shitstorm of paperwork and driver suspension so try to avoid it. A male neighbour is useless at parking his ford fucus neatly in the road, often it's left like the one shown in the video, that's why she won't let him drive her BMW by himself...

Not only was the car not parallel but it was on the wrong side of the street! The street is one-sided parking (on the opposite side) with cars orientated in both directions. No way for the truck to turn around. Backing up . . . impossible (with traffic probably stacked up behind him)! The truck also damaged the red car on the right side.

    Or . . .

The driver returns and loses a half day's pay. The company owner loses contents, pays disposal fees, pays labor for nothing, loses fuel and mileage, and deals with a angry customer for a missed delivery. Also, probably damages from the customer who had to cancel and pay his contractors due to loss of delivery. All because of one uncaring individual.

It may be correct that 2 wrongs don't make a right. But we do not know WHERE that occurred, and what their standards are. There are many places where that car driver would be found at fault. We cannot always use our point of view to pass judgement on other societies. We cannot even do that between different schools of thought in our own country (USA here).

I have spent a lot of time in the Caribbean, not in resorts, but in the real countryside doing mission work. They look at things some thing totally different. One night late, dark road, no street lights, etc. One of our workers was coming back from visiting a family, delivering some food. On the way back he hit a cow that had wondered out onto the road. Severely injured the cow, it had to be killed, damaged the pick-up truck, etc. The man who owned the cow was actually fined for allowing his cow to be in the road at night. His family lost their only cow and was ordered to pay for damages to our truck. Which would have been impossible as they already had nothing but the cow. He would have been sent to jail to "pay off the debt".

We did not allow that to happen. When it went to court, we told the judge that the truck had already been damaged and that he did not owe us anything for repairs. We also paid his $50 fine and got them another cow.

We knew that our driver had a tendency to drive too fast...
