I don't believe I've ever seen a pickup cab break loose from its mounts like that
In the video, the driver is yelling "hey - why didn't you put up a warning way back there"

I tried reading the lips of that worker in the bright shirt. I think he was telling the driver that he can't park there.
Along with the truck cab issue I noticed the driver has a cast on his arm. Doing risky or stupid things might not be new to his character. Lol
