Considerable skill, practice and patience needed for this “peel”. Not sure why it is needed other than a bit of a novelty. There is just something added to the great taste of corn on the cob with your hands a little buttery.

Or slather some mayonesa, cotija, and Tajin on that and you got urself some good eatin'!
