    Yeah Jon. A few years back, I sold my grandfathers ladder made in Brisbane. MOTE was/is the brand and it had stamped the phone number on it for Mote. 4 digits. Brissie must have been a small city back then: when we used to call the friends in the country (like the gold coast) we would dial the exchange and ask for natural bridge two nine. How things have changed we can now call via whats ap and cost nothing (need a mobile/cell and service). cheers
