This is a scribing pen I’ve made last year as my contribution to Keith Fenner's - What's in your box giveaway 2017.
I call it ‘Universal scribe pen’ because it’s a multifunctional tool; with the use of a simple to make threaded adapter it can accept easily a drill chuck from small rotary grinders like Dremel-Proxxon and it can be converted to a pin vise or palm drill.
The scriber is made from Pink ivory wood and brass.
The pen has two scribing attachments
3.15mm and 2.15mm diameter K30 tungsten carbide rods
It can hold 4 spare carbide rods on the case in the upper part of the pen
Because I wanted to offer something really special to the giveaway, I made a few more things…
A threaded shaft which holds a small chuck and a wrench for tightening it on the pen
A flag type 1.5mm Allen key
4 blank scribing attachments
And a base
Merry Christmas and happy New Year
