Upload pic(s) in PM

I thought I had done it before (somehow), but when I try sending a PM to another member and want to include a pic, there appears to be only the URL choice for uploading the pic in the PM
What am I missing here?

I just double-checked, and I think you're correct - attachments aren't available in private messages.
