It's been 1 job to the next. No time to look back or reflect. All normal. Jobs are constantly piling up, from all quarters, as fast as I knock 'em out in come 2 more. I wouldn't have it any other way. What I really need to make myself is a time machine... Now that would be something!

I like the thumb wheel jig as an alternate way of making these rather than using indexing and a milling machine. I plan to make something similar but miniature for very small thumb wheels. Your thumb wheel is more comfortable than knurled adjustment wheels.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm well chuffed that you like it.

The jig saves a lot of time and gives fairly consistent results.
