There is an Austrian sportsman club, not hordes of members, but very competitive amongst themselves, Hans most of all.
After some years had passed, other members tired of his endless tales, typically of fishing. Like clockwork, every Tuesday meeting, naturally always, of the one that got away.
Circling his arms out "vas deese muuch arounnd"!, or pacing one wall to the other, mien got, dats soooo loo-ong! etc.
So, being compelled to spare them further agony; desperate, they conspired for a solution.
Next meeting, they escort friend Hans in; all smiles until they bind waist to his chair, "Vats dis?" Though informed of their intent, he breaks out a story! Emphasizing the immense bulk of the latest quarry, he stands, yet still bound, waddles from wall to wall. "deets loo-ong!"
Astounded, the group is just aghast.
Next week, he's led in and bound, but added tying his feet to chair legs.
Hans is not one easily discouraged; gesturing with his arms while looking from wall to wall, "Ahh, deese time cand sho yah loo-ng, but eets mout ize deese vide".
Naturally, balance of members, somewhat annoyed, "Hans won't get away with it next time!".
The next week, Hans, now familiar with the routine, marches grinning straight for the chair and sits, proudly sets feet right at chair legs. They tie his waist. They tie his ankles, tie his arms, right at the wrists!
Hans begins anew, "Ahh, deese time cand sho yah loo-ng". "Not howe big eets mout"; but extending his hands and fingers "theese izt howe beeig dee eyeball!"
