Hmmmmm...... something tells me the Chinese haven't invented OSHA yet.

Some years back I was bending some 5/8" rebar in a manual rebar bender/cutter, and it took all I had to bend 90ºs with the 6' handle on that outfit. One particular batch of rebar had something in the mix that made it brittle... and I found out the hard way... I was reefing on handle, pulling and coaxing with all of my 180#s, when SNAP! went the rebar and SPLAT! went me onto the hard ground. That experience forever dulled my enthusiasm on manually bending heavier rebar.
