    Really depends on the climate; warm days, cool nights and a low enough humidity to allow the dew to condense on the net above the fields, with the water actually coming up as vapor from the warmer soil below. It's got to reach a dew point below the ambient termperature. Anyone who's ever lived somewhere they use evaporative coolers is familiar with the concept.

    It would be daily, because if it's not knocked off, it'll just evaporate in the sun.
