Years ago I bought a production one of these mostly because they fascinate me. It came with sockets and a nylon case. Its casing is aluminum so I would never use it on really stuck lug bolts (German cars), but I did use it on my MINI Cooper once before it went to into my collection of novelty tools. It worked well.
I few years ago I decided to look for one with a steel case that I wouldn't be afraid to use, but the only ones available are gigantic things that cost too much, so I just use a breaker bar and floor jack handle as an extension.
