Beautiful work. Have never tried carving with knives with a single bevel but the shapes look great. Seems like a bit of work compared to buying already made. I have used "store" bought blades and made my own handles but have not tried to unharden, shape, then reharden material to get to that point. Love your storage wall rack system for your tools. Again, great job.
