is there a problem with windows 10 or me. the homemade tool emails will not display pictures but the website seems to work fine. any ideas.

It's not just you :)
I can replicate the display problem in Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2013. We're working on it...

seems to work on an Ipad ok.
It just added another reason to not like windows 10.
