Wip... disc sander.
Going forward with my crappy woodshredder to powerfull disc sander project... took some time to change spinning direction from clockwise to counter-clockwise. But, now its done.

Because i want to use bigger sanding disc for wood, and also angle grinder grinding wheels for metals.. i wanted to get them easily changed.
Made this simple locking system that locks the axle. Now changing disc happens similar way with the angle grinder. Pictures show locked, unlocked positions.

Axle was originally with M22 thread, re-shaped it to M14
To be able to use 180mm angle grinder wheels.
Edit:
To improve cooling of the motor.
I made a guide around the fan to push airflow directly to the motor.
Guide is attached with two M5 bolts.

Look is more retro than flipflops or rainbows.. :)

New casing for the motor.. i tought one made from steel would fit better to "retro style", than original made from plastic.
