Hi travis e - welcome to HomemadeTools.net
Interesting. Here's a link for ideas: Homemade Tools: tractor - HomemadeTools.net
Travis a little information on what type of wire you are wanting to bury and your soil conditions plus how deep do you need to bury the wire. would help.
For instance will the wire be a coaxial cable or direct bury electrical cable?
Do you have deep sandy loam hard packed top soil Black clay soil red clay. hard pan or caliche a mix with rocks.?
18 to 24" is considered normal for on property home owners 10 to 12" in some areas.36" to 48" in or near agricultural fields and infomercial installations
Depending on your soil conditions, if you have a tool bar with sweeps or chisels you have a good start for one plus if you have an 18 or 24" disc that would be another starting place. a single row No till planter will also work any of the above would serve as a platform for a direct bury cable up to a certain depth. you would need a curved feed tube mounted behind with your spool of wire mounted on top on a spindle.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
