Woman celebrates graduating with social ecology degree - GIF

Woman celebrates graduating with social ecology degree. Not sure which is worse - her parents seeing the result of the $200K they just spent, or the fact that she opened a can of beer with her teeth.

That's not fair. You don't know that she graduated with a degree in social ecology. She might have majored in equine kinesiology.

Yes, believe it or not, that's a real major. Moreover, you can become certified in horse taping, whatever the hell that is, online...

Whoa, that's so weird. Pseudomedical practices applied to animals are especially disturbing.

A little poking around and I found this gem: Equine Essential Oils.

C'mon guys, where the equine coming from? I'd bet she's got a degree in dairy science, as she's clearly got a Holstein pattern on her bikini.

It's not even real beer! It says "Ultra" on the side (0:05 sec).

Why is it that our young ladies are being raised as drunken whor**?

What happened to respectful young women?

I received an email advertisement from Amazon today outlining some books in which they think I might be interested. Apparently the business of holistic, shamanesque nonsense for horses has created a lucrative literary market. Below are four examples from the ad; I've included a line of text from the description to demonstrate the sound scientific basis for each of these works of fauna-fiction.

    The Animal Desk Reference

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/19...1030_426891810

$50 paperback. The second edition of the original Animal Desk Reference (ADR) written by Holistic Veterinarian Melissa Shelton...

    Beyond Horse Massage

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/15...1030_426891810

In this book, Jim Masterson, Equine Massage Therapist ... teaches a unique method of equine bodywork, in which the practitioner recognizes and follows the responses of the horse to touch to release tension in key junctions of the body that most affect performance.

    Essential Oils Animal Desk Reference

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...1030_426891810

$56 This amazing, full color work is packed full of invaluable, never before seen information on how to use essential oils with your animals.

Horse Speak: An Equine-Human Translation Guide: Conversations with Horses in Their Language

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/15...1030_426891810

Horse Speak is not a training method or technique—it is a practical system for “listening” and “talking” to horses in their language, instead of expecting them to comprehend ours.

Wow. All that's missing is an equine crystal healing manual.
