i find nothing wrong with it and i am a woman. I also shoot and this does tend to happen when women shoot heavier recoiling rifles from the prone.

    Rifle??

Didn't know they made a 50 caliber pistol but the idiot who conned a woman into shooting it should be flogged.

A friend of mine had 2 Magnum Research single-shot pistols, one in .223 and one in .30-06. In my years as a cop I had fired almost everything. So we went to the range and he loaded and handed me the .223. It was accurate and the recoil was about on par with a good .357 magnum round.

then he handed me the .30-06. I fired it and it felt like I had detonated a stick of dynamite on the end of a short stick. It literally felt like my teeth were jarred loose! He started laughing because he had given me a full military ball round. It was not fun at all. Needless to say when he got out the handloaded .30-06 I politely declined to shoot it again.

The rifle video is the first post that started this thread.

I guess they had to make a 50 cal to upstage Clint Eastwood's 44 AutoMag from the Sudden Impact movie.

Make no mistake itís not like a 50 bmg. Itís still a 1/2Ē diameter bullet but with a casing more like a .44 magnum, just bigger.

I loaded up a box of .45 Colt, 300 gr XTP over 21.5gr of H110 for my Blackhawk and that`s about the limit or me on that one.
