Woman weightlifting fail.
15 lb bar 2 10 lb weights inside then the 2 45 lb weights and at least 2 more 10lb weights so at least 145lbs. then she failed to manage to get her elbows locked. When I was younger I did some power lifting and had a similar incident happen to me it didn't flip me over but it is a shock when you drop a couple hundred lbs on your shoulders
