    15 lb bar 2 10 lb weights inside then the 2 45 lb weights and at least 2 more 10lb weights so at least 145lbs. then she failed to manage to get her elbows locked. When I was younger I did some power lifting and had a similar incident happen to me it didn't flip me over but it is a shock when you drop a couple hundred lbs on your shoulders

    I guess there is a good reason they make those plates in large diameters!! That was scary to watch.

    What's scary is knowing what can happen then watch one of these mega power lifters nearly have both arms wrenched from their sockets when they over jerk and the momentum is such that they can't even release their hands fast enough to drop the thing which will probably at a minimum dislocate your wrists or fingers
