I just posted asking if someone had done this ... felt pressured by the site to post something without looking to see if someone had made one... guess I should have stuck with just doing an intro.
BUT I want to make a tool post for my used Clarke 7x14 mini metal lathe. So, I'm thinking I do not want to take the lead screw out nor the carriage assembly off. Therefore, I looking to build it as a 'change out' on the cross slide.
The reason I made a separate lathe is I like my lathe ready to work with out braking down another set up so I have both. :O)
