Wood and Metal Desk with epoxy resin

Hello everyone!
In this video I made a desk from steel tube and wood board for my daughter.
It isn’t hard to make. Everybody can make it with a welling machine and some tools. The difficult part was the coloring of the wooden board to match with the rest of the room. I could buy a white board to do it fast but I wanted to color it and that’s what I did. I colored it so it can be in a good condition for a long time without any scratches. To make it and to experiment on it I used epoxy resin. The result was more than satisfying! It gave an amazing glossy to the desk and made it really tough so it can survive the every day use.
