Wood Taps From 12l14 Hex Steel

I made some taps from mild hex steel for use in making threads in wood for a project yet to come.
the threads were cut into the hex bars and tapered in a vintage Hercus ARH 9X22 lathe.
the relief cuts in the taps were cut using a vertical milling machine with the exception of the 1-1/8"-8 tpi tap, the relief cuts were made by a vintage Atlas MFC horizontal milling machine
