world's smallest jet, with flight video from James Bond Octo*****

The BD-5J is the Guinness record holder for the world's smallest jet; we have a few listed on PlaneBuilds.net. It was famously flown by James Bond in a scene from Octo*****. This was the pre-CGI era of filmmaking; the stunt pilot really flew the BD-5J through a hangar, just like the movie showed.

    BD-5 at an airshow:

Bede Aircraft Corporation went bankrupt fairly quickly, but the design is being resurrected today as the FLS Microjet. Other plane kit companies are following suit; Sonex even has a personal jet kit called the Subsonex. Their first one hit the skies this past year:

Interesting to note also that Richard Bach owned one also and flew it at some shows back in the day. But through a hanger...Oh My, hats off to that pilot!!

Yes he flew through a hangar but the doors were wide open. The footage was doctored later to make the doors partly closed. He also had to lmit his speed as the shockwave bouncing off the interior of the hanger threatened to throw him off his precise line of flight.

Do you really believe that it was "flown" through that hangar? I have some blinker fluid to sell you!

    Lets not be gullible

Watch the video a couple of times and you'll see that the plane wasn't flown through that hangar, it was likely suspended by cables or it was edited to look like it was flying through. That jet could not be going that slow, it would drop out of the air!

Not only did the jet actually fly through the hangar, he did it EIGHT TIMES. https://www.mi6-hq.com/news/index.php?itemid=7556
